About This Drive-In

The Centerbrook Drive-in, located at 6735 State Road 67 North in Martinsville, Indiana, has been a beloved entertainment venue since it opened on May 2, 1950. This year marks its 76th year in business, making it one of the oldest drive-ins still operating in the Indianapolis area. The drive-in is known for its unique offering of always showing two movies for the price of one, making it a great value for families and movie enthusiasts alike. The drive-in features a comfortable grass lawn where guests can bring blankets and chairs to enjoy their movie experience under the stars. For families, there is a playground available for children, as well as arcade games inside the concession stand. The concession menu includes a variety of tasty options, such as hamburgers, hot dogs, nachos, and popcorn, along with drinks and candy. The drive-in operates on Friday and Saturday nights and is open from March through October. Guests can expect to enjoy movies rain or shine, with the only closures occurring during severe weather conditions. Tickets are available at the gate, and the drive-in accepts credit cards for both ticket purchases and concession stand items. The owner, Tyler Tharpe, has been running the drive-in since 2008, continuing the tradition of providing a fun and memorable movie experience for all.
